backs, I feel the number of issues after we moved in was less than I would have expected and Noel Homes was always extremely

of the workers who continue to maintain a neat, well kept, and organized worksite while working in an occupied neighborhood

"We are tremendously pleased with the quality of our new home.
Frank is very meticulous with the contractors he chooses. Of particular mention is Jeff, your flooring man. Jeff
does a phenomenal job, his hardwood and tile work is expertly done. Our house overall doesn’t have any issues,
no cracks, no leaks, nothing has broken, and the inside is beautiful. The builders choice of granite counters is very nice,
the amount given for allowances is enough to provide quality choices from the buyer. On various occasions I’ve
seen Frank out front in his truck looking at my house and the yard. Without even asking him, he had the hydroseed workers
re-seed part of my yard that had some erosion issues. Bottom line is that Frank took the time to notice and react.
He follows up well. I would buy another house someday from Frank and his builders whereas I would purposely avoid the
builder of our old house. If I get time, I plan to give Frank a positive statement on the Better Business Bureau website.
Also, I’m very
attentive to safe building practices around conservation land, as an avid hiker, hunter, and woodsman. Moving to land
next to Opacum Land Trust was an attraction for me. I knew I could live close to wildlife without disturbing it, and
the land would be protected against such. Frank and Noel Builders should be considered a friend of conservation land.
I know generally builders get a ‘bad rap’ because they develop ‘undeveloped’ land, but Noel is different.
Frank has managed to build a beautiful neighborhood at the door step of protected land and his preventive measures have ensured
the wildlife has remained protected. That’s hard to do, and many developers wouldn’t have done this successfully
or paid as much attention to it as Frank and Noel Builders.
