  • Appliances: $1,000 allowance to include range, range hood and dishwasher, amount to be credited back at closing
  • Light fixtures: $600 allowance to include interior and exterior lights including door bell and transformer and all light bulbs, amount to be credited back at closing
  • Plumbing Fixtures: From builders selections.
  • Vanity mirrors: Plated glass to run same length as vanity
  • Closet shelves: Wire, coated with white plastic
  • Walls: Imperial board with skimcoat plaster painted with 2 coats flat, washable antique white paint color
  • Ceilings and Closets: Textured Plaster
